    [GUIDE]How to relieve Stress/Anger[GUIDE]

    Stress and Anger can occur at any time or moment.
    But the real problem is, how do I get rid of it?
    The answer is simple. That depends on you.
    What you like to do, or what are your hobbies.
    Here is my guide on how to relieve stress or anger in a couple of ways.


    1) Food - Believe it or not, eating sometimes helps people put them in a good mood. Such as chocolate tastes good and makes you happy. Again, it depends on the person. You can eat a healthy snack or anything of your choice. Just don't go past on the limit of the sweets.

    2) Video Games - This distracts you from those emotions that are putting you down. No matter what the age, video games are helpful to many people. Just don't play multilayer where it is possible to lose. Doing so increases stress AND anger. Single player is the way to go in this situation, as you know what you are doing and nobody will beat you to it. You can move at your own pace and such.

    3) Punching bag - Using a punching bag can help relieve great amounts of anger. It doesn't necessarily have to be a punching bag. It can be almost anything that can take hits, such as a plush toy, your pillow, your bed, or anything with some sort of cushion support. Hitting something gets you tired eventually and you will get rid of the anger you had towards whatever it is. It also relieves stress because you are getting yourself tired. It's almost like sweating.

    4) Music - Listening to music of your likings can be relaxing or soothing. I listen to rap and since it has loads of swearing, it expresses my feelings and stuff. Or it can just be a distraction to help you forget. Almost everyone likes music. So hopefully this works for you

    5) Smoking - Although I DO NOT encourage it, some people say that it is a good stress reliever. I am not going to name or describe anything, just putting it out there. If you want to know more about it, look elsewhere as I will not tell you.

    6) Masturbation - It may not seem like it, but it does. Masturbation leads to good feelings and leading to orgasm. Reaching orgasm releases small amounts pain killers into the human's nervous system, thus creating that good feeling.

    7) Sports - Going outside and playing almost any sport is both a stress and anger reliever. Breathing fresh are while at play is also healthy for you. I like to play soccer, since it is my favorite sport. Also, try to play a sport you are good at, because if you don't then stress might build.



    All of these are great stress and anger relievers! Figure out what you like doing, and try it while you are angry/stressed.

    P.S. Reading a book can be good, but since I don't like reading, I didn't put it as one :p
