How to connect a PS3 To your HDTV/TV[PICTURES]

WARNING: May contain errors

Now that you have that new PS3/HDTV,
How in the world do you connect it?
Follow my great guide and be playing ASAP.

Use these pictures to help you throughout the guide:


This is a HDMI Cable

This is a PS3 AV Cable

-Part one to guide:
-Items needed for an HDTV:
1) HDTV
2) PS3
3) HDMI Cable
4) PS3 Power Cable

-Connection Steps:
1) Make sure everything is off
2) Connect the Power Cable to B
3) Connect the other end of the Power Cable to an electrical outlet
4) Connect the HDMI Cable to C
5) Connect the other end of the HDMI Cable to 1
6) Flip the power switch on (A)
7) Turn on your HDTV and change the input to HDMI or something similar to that
8) Turn on your PS3 with your PS3 controller
9) Setup your PS3 according to your TV Specifications
10) Congratulations, you have successfully connected your PS3 to your HDTV!
11) Play your PS3 in sexy high detail


-Part two to guide:
-Items needed for an analog TV:
1) TV
2) PS3
3) PS3 AV Cable
4) PS3 Power Cable

-Connection Steps:
1) Same as step 1, 2, and 3 in Part one
2) Connect the appropriate side of the PS3 AV Cable to D
3) Connect the other ends of the PS3 AV Cable to 2 according to their corresponding colors
4) Flip the power switch on (A)
5) Turn on your TV and change the input to Video 1 or something similar to that
6) Turn on your PS3 with your PS3 controller
7) Setup your PS3
8) Congratulations, you have successfully connected your PS3 to your TV!


Note: If you are using Part one, and it doesn't work, follow the steps to Part two and continue setup in "Display Settings" under "Settings".

This is too simple I think.

 

Believe me, it is a lot of help for inexperienced people.
I DO KNOW people who don't know how to connect stuff.
They have to hire people to do it for them.
Which I think is a total rip off.
