Best way to come up with $4,000 in 2 years ?

Okay so basically my girlfriend moved to Italy ( where her family is from ) because her dad doesn't want us to be together . I need to come up with an estimated amount of $4,000 in the next 2 years because a plane ticket there can range in between $1,700 to $2,000 . I'm going to need to buy a ticket for myself to go get her and another for her to come back with . I'm using 2 years as a time limit because that is when we'll both be 18 meaning she will be able to leave legally . I can easily get the tickets for $1,800 each but I'm using $4,000 as the checkpoint because I'm also gonna have to pay for each bag that she has to bring all of her stuff back with her , and to also spend some time over there with her and enjoy it for a while . I'm currently trying to get a part-time job and I know I'll easily be able to make over $4,000 in that time limit , but I'm asking for other ideas on how I can make money . Thanks in advance for all of you guys' feedback !

REQUESTING THIS THREAD TO BE MOVED TO PERSONAL SUPPORT PLEASE . THANKS !

    Sell drugs.

Buy a pound of marijuana, sell it one gram at a time. Make well over 12 grand.

    Seriously though, get a job

I'm only turning 16 in December so the best I can do is a part-time job because I also have to school to focus on . I'm not gonna let a measly $7-$8 p/h ruin my education . But thanks for posting anyways .
EDIT : I don't know if you were being serious about selling drugs , but if you were , chances are that'll end up going bad and I'll definitely never see a future with her or for myself . . . Thanks for posting .

Well, is a ticket there $1,700-$2,000? Or a ticket there and back. Because wouldn't you need $6,000 if you go there/back + 1 ticket for your girlfriend. Or less than $2000 for your girlfriend since she's only going to be coming back.

I'm paying $1,700 total there and back . I'm just gonna be paying 1-way for her . So yeah , it's less than $2,000 for her .

EDIT : I just found out it's cheaper for a round-trip flight for her , so that's my choice .

Work full-time , lol. Shouldn't be so difficult to conclude. I make three grand a month, two years is more than enough time.

Go on your local classifieds site, IE Craigslist//Kijiji, search for temp jobs. Winter's around the bend, invest in a shovel, a pair of warm boots- and start knockin' on doors. You could make decent cash shoveling driveways.

    Lol , so far these suggestions have been fairly good , but still are out of my range . I live in Florida so the day I see snow oh boy . . . Keep em' coming if you have more though (;
But I'll look into the Craigslist thing .

There's only so much we can suggest without breaching legal boundaries. If you want money you need to work for it to some degree, that's just the way it is.

I think you can work at least 30-40 hours a week and keep up with school. Highschool honestly isn't really hard.

    • Part time job at a store or a restaurant
    • Offer reasonably price lawn care during the weekends
    • Merchant stuff off of craigslist
    • Host a garage sale and sell items that you don't need
    • Do survey sites for extra cash when you are on the computer
    • Sell your plasma and blood twice a month
    • Collect golf balls from a golf course, clean them and sell them

I can go on and on. If you still need more ideas feel free to private message me.

Making money time consuming, so if you can't commit to a job and school you may as well give up. I work a 10 hour week for $150.

Seriously, get a part time job.
Even if you work 30 hours a week, that's less than working 4 hours a day.
And since you Amelikans finish school at 3 or so, you'll have more than enough time left to study.

    If you can't?
Jump off a cliff, you're going to fail in life anyways.

making money is not something that you can expect to do easily.

Getting a new gf sounds easier. Like everyone said $4,000 is nothing a job can't provide.

Its a shame the bots are down at the moment or you could of made yourself a mini gold farm, that would bring in a steady amount of cash for a minimal amount of work, and you could easily maintain it in the morning before school or immediately getting in from school leaving you enough time for studies and socialising aswell.

    1) You're a dumbass. You will never be able to steal a girl from her father.
    2) You're not very good at math. Is she buying her own ticket?
    3) Where the hell is she going to live when she gets back?
    4) Get a job
