Most embarrassing thing your parents have done.

Because of my long hair, my father would introduce me as his "daughter". Every single time when I was 12-15. It is short now but it got so old.

 

Ever since I got arrested the first time and I never came home that night, they got in the habit of calling all my friends whenever my phone was off. I guess it was sometimes understandable, but I still found it extremely irritating and it embarrassed the hell out of me. They looked up my phone record online and just went down the list, calling everyone on it. They never liked any of my friends mainly because they always thought they got me into drugs, so I was never allowed to spend the night places. I often didn't come home anyways, so they were always punishing me and there was a period of like a year where I could barely even leave the house. Pretty much the only time I could leave was when they went to bed at 1-2am. They even ended up sending me to a military school in 10th grade. Some of my friendships started to fade over time because of all this and I always hated my parents for it. I'm over it now and I can understand some of the things they did, but I'll never think that they handled the majority of things the way they should have, even if they were trying to do the right thing. I was always a rebellious kid and punishing me made things a lot worse. They still haven't figured that out to this day.

 

I'm a University student now but my mom still treats me like a baby.
It wouldn't be a problem at home, but she does it publicly and whatever I do to respond makes me look even more like a baby.

I just smile, people think that I accept it.
I get mad, people think that I'm acting like a one.
Maybe it's just what I think, but it's pretty embarrassing and I don't like :/

 

My mom makes me change them in my phone contacts to mommy and daddy because she doesnt want me to grow up or something and when my friends see it they make fun of me

 

when they have talked about me playing RS lol
