Although we can't confirm how much wealth you've lost on your account you're still entitled to the following:

- 50M OSRS, which AC Services has offered because we know this 'worker' (If one even exists) cleared your bank by AC Services' own admission
- Firecape + ma2 capes with AC Services' own supplies, although it's up to you if you want any more services from him
- Damages to cover the ruined account

@Gladiator I do not wish for wish to use his services. I prefer he pays me the gold and pays for my services through another person. I do not wish him to touch any of accounts every again. Him regretting the capes will be nearly impossible otherwise he’d offer those services in his bio.

That's fine, you need to discuss the amount for both services and your ruined account. Come to a reasonable amount with him so this can move forward. If you can't decide, we'll step in

 

You sold the account, and i said i wouldn't payout anything unless agreed upon, and i'm waiting on the Sythe's staff, to see what they suggest.

 

Also, if I’m correct, he was supposed to tell me if if he had workers. Don’t see anywhere listed that he was going to have multiple people logging into my account. Otherwise I would not have given him my account to be “shared”.

@Gladiator , as I have told him numerous times, $200 and that’ll be it. It seems more than reasonable for the actions that have be dim for my account. You can’t reverse 4 defense on a maxed gmauler. I could be asking for a lot more but $200 is really cutting the guy some slacks. He even mentions that because of me reporting him, he now will have no services done therefore, not going to pay me if he doesn’t have to.

@Gladiator if possible, please give your thoughts or ideas on a reasonable amount for this matter. I trust that you wouldn’t have a bias number. That you would greatly be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

 

No you never said you’ll wait. You said “it’d be suicide” to pay me because you didn’t wanna leave yourself with $30 left after paying me $100 now and $100 later. Funny how you like to twists words.

 

I even tried to allow you to pay me $100 now and $100 later down road when business blooms again. But nope. You have nothing but excuses therefore I rest the payment decisions on the staff. Don’t say you said that from the gec. You never wanted to pay up. Plus answer my question.

-Why do you keep saying “I” this “I” that in your thread(s)? You never mentioned having workers in any of it nor did you use the word “we”. Was it you all along doing this damage and fail to properly hide behind a “worker” to be a fault?

Why did you advertise your services without letting customers know that there will be multiple people logging in the account? It’s a rule to state so. As I mentioned before, I wouldn’t have gone through you if you had announced it.

 

I've been in contact with @AC Services on Discord over 12 hours ago, giving him another 12 to respond/resolve this.

Despite numerous attempts asking @AC Services to refund any amount, he has declined by making excuses.

DNT + Banned, user can explain himself in a dispute once he's able to refund.
