[RSGP] Need Logo Designer

Hey everyone. I just started up a new blog and need a logo done for the top bar of the site. It is centered around Black Hat, Anti Apple, Gaming and other tech related topics and the logo should reflect this.

I am completely open ended on what image you use or base it on. My only specifications is that it is high quality and is black and white (this is a must). I will leave this thread open. As soon as I see a logo that I feel is up to par, I will pay that person. (I won't pay you if your work is low quality or I don't use it; watermark your work if you don't believe me)

I will be paying 3-4 mil RSGP for the logo. I am open to all questions as long as you post them in the thread or PM me.

Edit: not sure if this is allowed but I would be more then glad to post a link to my blog so you can see the coloration I'm going for.

I was bored so I gave this a shot:

The last two are basically the same, but there are minor differences so I just showed both. If you can't tell the white things on the last two are supposed to be knives. Let me know if you actually want to use it and need me to change it or just want me to give you the link to one icon. Feel free to edit it yourself.
I didn't watermark because I don't want to be paid.

Yeah, I was looking for a logo to put at the top of my site. I like the black and white design, but it's a little too pixel-ated. Feel free to use images from Google but I would love something like: http://reencoded.s3.amazonaws.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/04/black_and_white_logo_4.jpg

Have a main render with some basic text (Black Brow Gaming).
