How to: Download, install, and use fonts. *Caution - Multiple Images*

Requirements to use this guide efficently:

1. The Windows XP operating system
2. A little bit of computer knowledge

In this guide, I will show you all how to download, and install true-type fonts for Windows XP.

in xp you can just download the font and just drop and drag them into the
C:\WINDOWS\Fonts folder, and it they install themselves, but anyways good guide, good use of pictures/ colour etc id say 7/10 . MOTOR? lol

 

Thanks for reading and responding. I only made the guide have the installation step because I tried just dragging them one time, but they didn't recognize. Its not that long of step anyway. Thanks for the feedback.

Drag and drop always works for me, And maybe you could have added an alternative method to doing that too.

But they guide you have done, Is flawless, and is very neat and clear.. But if you have download a font pack of say for example.. 50 fonts.. installing them all would take quite a while, in which case drag and drop may be preferable.

Good guide however, 8/10

 

Actually, you can put all of the desired fonts in one directory, then install them via selecting the directory. Thanks for replying. But it looks like you forgot something. You might want to re-read it.
