Explanation of the trade:
Trade 1- Purchased 4x pures from user using Middleman, trade went smoothly. All 4 accounts sold as unregistered pures.

Trade 2 (reporting)
Seller offered me additional accounts under proviso they were unregistered and emails that could be registered to a real email address.

Seller (Cade) had 2x accounts that he offered me (prebuilt) for $50 which including some additional services on the accounts (quested pures). The seller advised me he is having money and PC troubles, as he is from Venezuela. We had discussed doing a large amount of business together in the future. So I agreed to pay the $50 upfront which would allow him to purchase a better PC to build more accounts for me.

After a few days delay and really bad communication, and the seller telling me the work had started. In this time reasons and excuses for not starting:

• Old PC had now broken
• Dog was sick so purchased medicine
• Dog now died

After multiple requests the accounts were provided to me so I could at least register the accounts to myself as I was concerned no work was being done and then at least I was only loosing the services not the accounts themselves should CADE decide to scam.

Seller after a few days provided the two accounts, when trying to secure the accounts, the accounts already had registered emails or an outlook email created that the seller claimed was not his. The emails are so random no one would have created that email.

I informed the seller that this was not part of the trade and accounts would not be accepted. Seller then offered to complete me 4x quested accounts without the additional skills that were on the previous two accounts.

I accepted this offer and provided the seller with 4x TUT accounts. To confirm at the time of writing this, none of the 4 tutorial accounts have been logged in or started to be trained. These accounts were provided on 17/2.

Since then the seller offered me a refund on the 21st February. Since then multiple exuses including rent, PC issues etc etc have been used.

On 25/2 seller asked if I knew of any jobs via the phone to which I said no, since then the seller has ignored 2 messages.


Whilst writing this report I have checked the two accounts the seller gave me originally, both of these have been banned and are registered to his email.

Tried to help someone out who was having a hard time and go first to allow them to work, but its back fired on me.


How they scammed:
User provided the incorrect accounts when selling. Offered to create different ones, then has since ignored messages and not done any training. Refund was offered but has not been provided.

He hasn't been active for over a week on here. He has also not responded to any of my messages on sythe.

Conscious he has quite a lot of active OSRS traders as mutuals on discord so a DNT might save others until they reply here.
