Alright, well here goes my story.

I first came to this site in 2007 to get a mining bot/clicker for Runescape. The way it'd work was with a dropper tool that you selected the colour of the ore with and the program would search the screen for that colour or something. Sophisticated stuff. (my original profile wizardzgame).

I was 11 at the time, lol. Became more active around 12/13 and on MSN was friends with a few mods such as MegaMatt and Daily. They were a bitolder than me and probably thought I was hilarious as fuck. I mean I literally did crabcore on Stickam and a bunch of other ridiculous shit on the early days of "streaming". I basically used my friendship with the mods to get voted in as a sectional mod (there is a forum and back then/maybe now they cast a vote on who should be recruited) for the pretty dead WoW section. I did my best, writing tons of reports for infractions. I religiously cleaned up the section and made stickied threads like this exact one that I wrote when I was 12 , but I guess some guy decided it'd be weird for a banned scammer to have a stickied thread in a section.. I made tons more full of screenshots and all but they all seem to be deleted- - here is the only post I found that survived 10+ years. (This is NOT the place for Recruit a Friend!).

So yeah, I was just some dumb ass kid who was a sectional mod here, and Daily, one of the people who arguably was a huge factor into getting me mod status, basically manipulated my naive ass into sharing screens of the mod forums and I got demoted when he sent them either to Finniscool or that other admin who had the Evanescence avatar... I think it was a chick, I can't remember her name. After I got demoted I stopped using the site. Reconnected with Daily around 2012/2013, and I just didn't give two shits at that point and gave him my login for my account thinking he just wanted to meme around in the spam forum, since that's what he told me.. I didn't really take in or consider at the time that the dude was a chronic scammer/hacker/what have you and he definitely scammed the fuck out of people here using the ex-mod status as a basis for trustworthiness, hence the banned status on my account. I was just 16, selling weed and high as hell 24/7 but I shoulda known better about giving Daily my login. I met two users here IRL, one was a global mod and another just a really awesome dude from El Salvador who contributed a ton to the RSBot script section when that existed.. Xhamolk_ deserves a ton of credit in the botting community that he never got. I used to have a ton of you guys on FB but lost contact, specifically Louis_, solid_tank, Bring Me The Horizon, Govind, Benwise and I'm sure others I forgot...

Anyways, I'm two beers deep and waiting for CoD to finish updating so thought I'd share this story. Now I know these super cool mods are gonna ban my shit and that's fine, but please don't remove this post? At most just remove the part about the mod-only forum if it's that top secret lol. I wonder if anyone remembers me? I'm going to go out on a limb and assume this is just a totally new cohort of people save for a few admins and big sellers. Sythe pls don't ban me, I swear to God this isn't Nick and I've never even talked to you before

No problem. There were definitely a lot of crazy ass people/a lot of crazy shit went down. People *allegedly* under investigation for big computer no-nos, a mentally unstable dude with a superiority complex as an admin (yes I'm talking about Finn, hope that guy got some help), staff who scammed, suicide(s), possible pedos, etc.. I was offered like $2000 for my pmod account of the same name on RS (I got demoted for account sharing because my friend was a moron). Hell I even botted while I was a pmod LOL

 

@wizardzgame1 Honestly pretty interesting story not gonna lie, especially since all of this I'm unfamiliar with as I've only been actively around here for about the last few years on/off or so. On a side note I've issued a DNT (Do-Not-Trade) rank onto your account for admitting to ban evasion as we don't do permanent bans anymore, but this offence occurred so many years ago that I'm sure you wouldn't have an issue if you were looking to pardon and get unbanned on your old account, but that's just my personal advice. Hope you like cod warzone as well I'm looking to get into that soon.

Well, I'll say it right now: I never have and never will do any trades on Sythe. If you made a trade with wizardzgame, that was Daily using my account. So if you ever make a trade with anyone posing as me you're pretty stupid (not that anyone would use my name at this point).

And wow, things have changed. I guess having like 50% of the users of this forum perma'd was not a very sustainable model lol. When I'm done my thesis that's been hanging over my head the past few months I will request one. Thanks for the heads-up, btw. Warzone is fun as hell, never liked battle royale games but this is actually a blast and I'm surprised it's gotten me off multiplayer.

Oh and as a side note - anyone remember Zypur's forum? Lol was just thinking of that

 

This is my first time logging back in in 13 years. I remember selling my old account on here waaayy back when I was a kid. I recall a middle man scamming a 1 word name back then that was selling for a massive amount at the time. Big deal as he was very well trusted and the community was small back then.

Who remembers hanging out in Tinychat?! I was way underage and N4N0 said anyone drinking a beer on cam would get a Village Drunk rank, so I snuck a beer from the fridge and choked it down. I never got the rank, big scam.. Also remember one dude just fucking his girlfriend/wife on tinychat while we all just sat there and watched. Good but weird times lmfao.

 

Pls explain Blondi story? And what about Syed and Sigex? They ended up scamming people, right?

 

It was ran by an corrupt Admin named Finn. He ran it up from the Admin Lounge.

my crazy story is about the crazy amount of scammers that go ghost as soon as you pull up with a Certified/Official Middle Man after they said they wont go first. I guess they changed their mind hahahaha.
