what should i do about this 2 day ban (not botting again)

I need advice on this particular 2 day bot busting (moderate) moderator comment (jmod review) so ill start by saying ive had this account for about two weeks and yes i have botted 60-72 mage with alchs over the course of a week like 30-40 minutes at a time while i leveled to 88 crafting manually and 35-52 woodcutting probably around 7 hours out of 96-120 hours of manual playtime over the course of it's entirety in small amounts. so yeah i do deserve this ban and im lucky as hell to still have this account. thats not the problem however. last night i went from 64-81 fletch in a few hours. i own a dell xps 2 in 1 that can turn into a tablet. Naturally i clicked the darts and feathers as fast as i could until i disconnected and found i was temp banned. when i went to see the evidence the only evidence that was there was from june 24th today which then made me wonder because i havent botted on my account for few days and actually already made up my mind not to bot on it anymore after getting anxious about a ban it wasnt worth it to me. so i looked into the issue to see if anyone els had this problem and yes the systems that detect unnatural movements and behaviors have problems detecting movements in touch screens that arent running through ios i believe that is what got me banned and that is all that got reviewed. my question is should i try and tweet or post on reddit because in this instance i believe i was wrongfully banned However i have bought gold not a huge amount but ive bought gold in the recent past and im worried if i get reviewd theyll go all the way back and possibly perm ban me. waiting out the 2 days is not that big of a deal i just really wanted to smash out 99 fletch today. but when i am able to log back on should i even use this method im scared to use up the other 200k addy tips i have left lol shit.
