2 Week ban escalated to Perma

So my account was temp banned for 2 weeks and is ment to be unbanned on the 2nd of November, just yesterday I bought the prestige Kaisa skin on the account and talked to a few friends on the client. This morning I logged in again to find that my account has been perma banned with given reason, I have been locked out of games for over a week and have only been talking to friends, I don't see what I have done wrong to get the ban escalated to a perma? I have tried to make a ticket but so far no responses.

Is it normal for riot to give you a 2 week ban then escalate it to a perma more than a week after the temp ban was imposed? I haven't even got an email about the ban yet

 

What wete you banned for? They're cracking down on toxic afkers and inters. Chances are you got banned for a report and then they found additional evidence.

 

Talked to them and it turns out they "messed up" and for some reason gave me a perma. They said they would reverse it when the temp ban is suppose to expire.

 

Imagine waiting all that just to have this outcome, sucks bro. They probably looked into it again and decided to make it a permanent ban.

 

They said it was an error on their part and I am not actually perma banned, they said that recently their system has accidently perma banned people who were supposed to be on a temp ban, and they are looking to fix the problem and reverse the bans.
