The Dungeoneering reward that Requires 90 Prayer.

 

It restores prayer points for burying boness...


10 prayer points for burying normal bones, Burnt bones or Bat bones. It does not work for Wolf bones though.

20 prayer points for burying big, baby dragon or Wyvern bones.

30 prayer points for burying dragon, ourg and Frost dragon bones but not Dagannoth bones from Dagannoth Kings.

This item is notable for currently having the largest prayer bonus (+13) of any item worn in the neck slot, more than a God stole (+10), as well as the Split dragontooth necklace (+11) and Twisted bird skull necklace (+9). Combining it with the Bonecrusher in locations where monsters with low life points frequently drop bones, the combo can quickly restore prayer.
