    Hey im sure alot of you know about the place and im sure alot of you dont.

    its in the pirate ship right next to ratchet.
    near the cove..

    you dont get loot but it trains you from 1-100 so its a really good
    place to start out at.

    Lock Picking 1-100
    For the Alliance, you should go to Redridge Mountains, and head over to Alther's Mill. They have Lockboxes that you can use until you are level 100, in which they will turn gray.

    I'd have to go check, but I'm still quite positive that there are Lockboxes in Everstill Lake as well in Redridge, but I'm not sure what skill level you can raise to.
