Explanation of the trade: the service consisted of giving him skills training
How they scammed:
He asked me for a service for various skills and we agreed that he would pay half in advance, which he did and the other half for half the service, I wrote to him a couple of weeks ago after the service had more than half and he told me that he was not in his country and could not send the money, I was still patient and understood the situation, he gave me a return date which he later extended because he told me that he had the covid variant and could not travel yet, he told me that the August 2 or 3 and I could send the payment, I wrote on August 3 saying that the service only lacked 1 lvl of fishing, but that the account had placed an authenticator that needed the payment and the code to finish, it tells me that He did not enter the code and that it had been hacked and ticked jagex, but it is ridiculous because to put an authenticator you need the email, he has only made excuses and now he does not respond I have several days writing but ignore my messages
