VPN or PROXY for osrs

Hello, I know this is a basic question but I dont know what is better for work many accounts of OSRS, I see many users have problem with some proxys(Banned with not reason) so I need a basic answer/help with that information

Well, you can always use a combination of proxy and VPN servers.
