I strongly believe that Dalpra should be banned in addition to Onex as per http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1141810

I went first in a 720m and level 136 account to Onex because I trusted the fact that a Global was "partnering" with him, and I was lured under false pretenses that Global's can be trusted.

Whether or not Dalpra stands to immediately gain from Onex's scams, the fact is that a Global Moderator vouched for, and gave the impression that they would trustworthy.

Fine--it was my own damn fault I didn't use an OMM. But why should Dalpra get away scot-free with misleading people? Indeed, if they are "partners" and Onex does not pay me, does Dalpra not have an obligation to?

Maybe I'm wrong, but do general morals and ethics of moderators and administrators need not apply here?

I have NEVER conducted a trade on Sythe successfully worth more than $40. Three of them came from people with more than 200 vouches, and now one of them has come from someone who had "partnered" with a Global.

In hindsight, I was really fucking stupid. Alas.

I would refer to the R2 case in which his sales associate james was banned for scamming as well with R2 getting off scott free. Additionally, I can find other instances of trusted members partnering with people who ended up scamming with no consequence to the partner.

Hell, if we start making partners responsible, elaborate scams would be so dam easy to facilitate.

    Example:

Member A partners with member B. Member B however sets up a scam with their other partner C. C gets "scammed" for a large amount by B, making A responsible.

When it comes down to it, you traded with someone who was not trusted. Simply because they associate with another member does not imply that they are trusted in the same way that someone with a mod vouch is not trusted.

I suggest using smarter trading habits in the future. However, in the event that Onex does attempt to repay those scammed, you may want to present a scam report that actually has all elements required to be considered valid.
