Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision: I swapped osrs account with a user some time ago, my account for his low level hcim. The account didn't come with all the security/recovery info as I was assured it would. When I logged onto the account for the first time it had a bankpin which he wasn't will to disclose. From that discussion with him, I said I no longer wanted to go ahead with the swap and recovered my account back, leaving his info the same and he got his account back.

Anything else you wish to say: I have no come here to break rules, I merely want to buy things most the time and have no luck doing so unfortunately having recently bought and account for $1500 and having it taken from under me. Please know I am not here to scam.
