Hello i paid week ago 1320 USD to ezrsgold , since i reached the 1b limit they told me to wait week. Well i made it in 3X440 payment so i asked in first week to deliver 2 orders they had excuses. Today its monday delivery time... i went to live chat , customer support telling me that they are out of stock and dont know when they get stock same time i told to my buddy to ask if they have stock and ez confirmed to my buddy that they have stock. Okay told him that he confirmed to my buddy that they have stock...boom after this ez started talking that he has eviedence that im chargebacker , id really like to know why they told me first no stock and when i busted them they started accussing me. Okay so i sent them 6months paypal takeout i have 222 pages transactions never ever scammed anyone...customer support stays quiet. Okay time to refunds they offer me the option that they refund everyday 1 order because they dont have money on paypal, i didnt give them the right to use and spend my money. I have received 2 refunds and now the third they cant do bec pp empty. Anyway im willing to send transcripts and paypal takeout to ADMIN. This shop needs to get twc...this isnt normal what they doing,legit shop doesnt lie they dont hold ur money for no reason and legit shop aint accussing ur customers without reason.

Hey,

we received 3 payments 440$ each 5 days ago. First of all, we take time to process big orders like 1.2b, when we told that to customer he seemed to be okay with it. Customer sent us their selfie while holding identity document. His location and ID issued country were different, picture in the id and man holding it was not looking alike for us and his email was with completely different name. As time came to complete the order and give out gold, our customer support was not willing to give out gold, and it took time to refund payments, so he told that we have no stock. As to now, all payments were refunded since we decided that it is too risky to give out the gold. I am sorry that it took 5 days to sort this out, but as I mentioned before, big orders like this takes time.

 

Money was fully refunded, I can send you all necessary screenshots if needed.

 

@EZ1 Please PM me with all the proof of refunds.

 

DNT has been lifted however the TWC will stay due to your negligence to trading.
You shouldn't be holding customers funds when you can't fill an order or if you think someone is a chargebacker. This is awful trading practice.
