    Tai_Storm's Cooking guide.

Cooking is one of the first skills you learn in RuneScape and, especially in the beginning, one of the skills you use most. But can it really be a good moneymaking method? Cooking, like many "item processing" skills like Crafting and Fletching, tends to decrease the value of items it processes. This is because there is a greater demand for the unprocessed item itself, which people then process to train their skills.

Cooking, however, does offer moneymaking opportunities in many areas - especially in creating foods that require two or more ingredients. Powerlevelers prefer to use medium-level raw fish and similar foods to train (which is why a cooked fish is actually worth less then a raw one), leaving greater demand (and thus profit opportunities) for combination foods like pizzas and pies.

    Low-Level Moneymaking
The following methods are recommended for newer players or low-level accounts with a cooking level of 35 or under. Unless you are collecting your own ingredients (not suggested) you need enough money to purchase them in quantity from the Grand Exchange.

    Anchovies (Level 1)
Anchovies are one of the only fish worth more cooked than raw, due mostly to their use in pizzas. Buy or fish a large quantity and cook on a range or fire, earning over 2,000gp and 840xp per inventory. This method is comparable to, and sometimes better then, flax picking. You stop burning anchovies at level 34 cooking.
    Baked Potatoes (Level 7)
Members can bake raw potatoes on a range (no fires!) and earn approximately 7,000 gp and 420xp per inventory. Buy the raw potatoes in the Exchange for max efficiency, or collect them with sacks in Ardougne for additional profit.

    Flipping Pizzas
Once you gain a cooking level of 35-40, assembling or adding toppings pizzas becomes the best way to earn quick cash while training cooking.

To add toppings efficiently to a pizza, take out 14 plain pizzas and 14 toppings at once, allowing you to create 14 finished pizzas in about 40 seconds. "Per inventory" profit estimations are based on this method.

    Plain Pizza (Level 35)
At level 35, you can make a plain pizza by combining a pizza base, a tomato, and cheese before cooking on a range for 173xp apiece. You can make more money (approximately 300gp apiece) selling pizzas uncooked, although you miss out on the cooking experience.
    Meat Pizza (Level 45)
Make this by making or buying plain pizzas and adding cooked meat. This will earn up to 50gp more then a plain pizza, and awards 26xp apiece for adding the meat. (700gp, 364xp per inv)
    Anchovy Pizza (Level 55)
The best nonmember food, anchovy pizzas are worth around 500gp apiece. You can quickly create these by adding cooked anchovies to a plain pizza, earning 100gp and 38xp per pizza (triple your earnings by cooking your own anchovies!) (1400gp, 532xp per inv)
    Pineapple Pizza (Level 65)
This members-only pizza is one of the highest healing foods in Runescape. make it by using pineapple rings on a plain pizza, earning about 200gp and 45xp per pizza. (2800gp, 630xp per inv)

Now, If you use Rsbot (other bots, (I dont want to name because you will use the good ones)) You just wasted your time looking at this whole thing and go to hell :)
