You should continue messaging the user on discord to get this resolved, @digitale if you have him blocked you will need to unblock him if you wish to get this resolved.

 

I am not able to be use Discord at the moment since I left my phone somewhere else which has 2FA.

 

Make a new discord account and contact the user again, there are multiple methods of figuring this out yourself.

Account has been recovered and the login details and e-mails have been set to those of the buyer. My e-mail was compromised which enabled the recovery. Currently taking measures to recover everything.

 

I've asked the seller to keep the account and issue a refund. I have not logged into the account or checked it. Not interested in it anymore. So respectfully I'm waiting for the refund before closing this matter.

 

Never mentioned a refund during the trade. Not going to be able to offer a refund any time soon. As stated, the account is back at the buyer and he can do whatever he want with it. E-mail is registered with the owner.

 

Theres a lot of logic faults in how this all played out so a refund would be the best option. The account is vulnerable and recoverable beyond a reasonable point. I rather resolve it with you than go through the whole paypal process.

 

The account was only recoverable because my e-mail was hacked. I can almost guarantee that the account will not be recovered anymore since I secured my e-mail properly. I am even offering a refund if any wealth was taken from the account.

 

@space_1047 you're going to need to refund to have your DNT removed as @digitale has valid reasoning to suspect that the account isn't safe anymore.

 

@Jason I can give you a 100% guarantee that the account is not going to be recovered anymore since I secured my e-mail properly. At the given moment, I am not going to be able to offer a full refund any time soon. I will refund any wealth that has been taken from the account. I gave full details of the account to the user during the transaction which enables the buyer to recover the account on his own accord. Taking the account back would bring new risks when trying to resell it anytime soon. At this moment only him and me know the details to enable a recovery.

 

I will see what I can do more, but at this moment, I would not expect a refund any time soon.

 

Ya I tried recovering the account when I first lost access to it. The recovery didn't work for whatever reason so I wouldnt really be confident I have access to recover this account in the future again honestly.

Ideally a refund would be best if you can give a timeline. You can always resell this account aswell assuming we can come to an agreement.

 

Feel free to dispute your DNT whenever this has been paid back so you can have your DNT removed.
