Should I use gray or red chins from 80-99 ranged?

I'm trying to find out the best gp/xp for 80-99 ranged, chin wise, including ranging pots, super antis, and ranging pots. If I use gray chins I'll have to make more trips for pots but if I use reds I can make less trips but each chin is more expensive. Basically what I want to know is do I save a LOT of money doing grays or will it come out to only be a few mil different for not so great exp/hour. Also are there any other methods other than chinning skellies? I heard about the goblin chinning raid and that nmz are better exp.

I started to chin using black chinchompas I've pked with 93 ranged. I get over 400k ranged xp per trip using around 1200 black chins in void with eagle eye on. Yesterday I got 429k ranged xp (I'm 97 ranged now).

Work out exactly how many ppots and how many chins you use with gray, red and black.
Do the maths and it will give you the best way to chin your range to 99.

 

I'd just use red chins if I were you. Grey chins are cheapest but slowest. Red chins are in the middle for both, and black chins are most expensive but fastest. If you don't mind slow exp (compared to red and black chins) do grey chins, however if I were you I'd just do reds.

 

Red Chins are the most sensible option for most players, but if you have the bankroll to fund your training then black chins are worth your cash.

 

As everyone has said, red is your best bet here. Chinning is expensive but saves you a lot of time with the great xp.

As for chinning spots I don't think the goblin one works anymore. Your best bet now is to go to the shilo village spot.

 

You'll probably be spending 1.5-2x the amount you would have to if you went with grey chins instead of red.
