I have trained and quested this account myself to be used to farm rune dragons for gp, it has all the requirements to kill the dragons as well as a max POH & fire cape to kill the dragons efficiently.

The account has max melee stats and all the quests done for rune dragons of course.

Rd alt stats

The account has mutes from 2008-2010, however there have been no bans and any recent punishments at all, never has there been botting or real world trading going on on the account.
