Gratz, I guess alot of people say you don't deserve it yet but if sythe did it what can they do. If he did it, then in my opinion you deserve it just as much as anyone they think deserves it in my opinion.

Ok, well i'm going to say this to you in kind of a nice way..


Sythe is being desperate and trying to find any way to make this site thrive, whether he thinks you are popular or what? I have no idea...

BUT What I do know, is I HIGHLY DOUBT Sythe would go "Hey do you want to be an admin".. Even though I am not staff, I still have conversations with him which he hates me because I ask a bunch of random questions, but thats beside the point. YOU MOST LIKELY asked for the promotion OR are going to do something in return for it. Not like bribery =\ but more like I did to get global, i.e. sythemils [==fail]

So either A) you caught him on a reallly good day

B) there's something going on that a great deal of people doesn't know about (changing community theme, or whatever else was YOUR idea that only you can help with by becoming an admin)

or C) Sythe has really lost his mind, that new internship thing has ruined him..

Because if we just 'needed' another administrator then Sythe wouldn't have chose you, I highly doubt. Unless you're doing more around here than I thought.

SO how about it Ryan, tell us what Sythe.org has got planned and what is the reason for you becoming an admin?

Although I wouldn't have thought another administrator was necessary, I am not Sythe and hold no power in such matters regarding his site. I don't really know you Ryan, and despite the few negative comments, from what I have seen of you and how you are generally known in the community I assume you will do a fine job of whatever is necessary.

The only thing this topic truly shows is the animosity between different cliques and between staff members. For development and improvement of the site to truly thrive, this shouldn't exist or should at least be minimized heavily in comparison to how it is now. It's too bad that there is so much discord between all off those empowered around here.
