Runescape 2007 Clans?

With Runescape 2007 being released, and all the hype it received. There were many clans high and low all amped up to make their clan transfer over from EoC, starting fresh and having fun. This time around though, I am noticing mostly just an over-load of 'pure clans', and I have heard of some but not as many 'main clans'. Now what I really concerned with is 45 Def 'Zerker/Tank' Pure Clans...

We all know of Higher-Force and some of the old known Zerker Clans, however none of the one's I remember really seem to be opening again for 2007, or have I heard of any news really concerning them... As well as the fact, I haven't really seen too many people making Zerker's/Tank's, I really only see 1 Def Pures, and then just people training everything 'Mains'. Are there going to be any Zerker Clans coming out of the wood-works for 2007 and opening?

Also, what about the Clan World for 2007? Is the community going to rebuild itself, is there still going to be the active and popular friendly, no requirement, just having fun? Skilling Clans? Or is everything going to be around focusing on PKing this time around?

You're thinking about too much far too early lol.

Unless the popularity of 07scape starts to die out quickly, you'll see clans opening up to cater to any type of player. Where there is someone looking for a group to belong to, there will always be someone wanting to be above them.

 

That isn't entirely true, you can't really add time as a variable, because most of the clans are just transferring over from EoC so time really isn't of an essence as they all already 'open' just not really trained yet

Your reply to my post completely contradicts your original questions. You basically asked if certain gaps in the current 07 clan situation will be filled, and now you are saying that most clans are just transferring from EOC.

All I said, in essence, is that any gaps that you are finding now -will- be filled if there remains a demand. Only time will tell if a large enough community sticks around for -meaningful- clans to flourish.

Aside from time, you can't count on EOC clans wanting to switch to 07scape - especially the clans that don't base themselves around PvP.

 

There isn't enough high level pures yet for clans to properly arise. Just wait and they'll appear.
