Explanation of the trade: I have hired Gabomanrdy and have used his services since the creation of my ironman. He was the only person that has ever had access to the account besides me, I have paid him over $1000 in services for my ironman. I Decided to take a break from osrs and upon returning i found out my ironman had been been wiped for over 1.8b in key items that are not easily obtained.

How they scammed: Gabomanrdy knew i wasnt active on OSRS & decided to take advantage of my account.. Wiping it clean and turning it into a corrupt gauntlet bot which i received a OSRS offense for. When i confronted him he denied everything and instead boasted about how he has access to other irons with more gp than my iron and sent me screenshots of the banks which i do not wish to post (BUT CAN PM Mods that handle this) because they contain Usernames of other irons. He also stated that i was crazy or on drugs.

The service commenced on the 2nd of October 2023. The service was concluded on the 21st of November 2023.
There were no clear terms and conditions agreed to as this service was done via DM as there had been consistent purchasing by the customer at that time.
However, our Discord does require everyone to accept terms of service before being able to enter our server.
Typically after each service, the customer would change their password and reapply their authenticator.

Thanks for taking the time to make your report. At Gabo's Services we pride ourselves on being able to give our customers fast and cost effective services that are done by hand only.

Firstly to address the screenshots of wealth displayed by some acounts. The account owners have given us permission to display their wealth and usernames. The account owners are long time customers who have built up an unfathomable amount of rapport with us and trust us greatly. They even go as far as encouraging people to get in Discord voice channels so they show off their accounts that we have built for them. We by no means ever send customers account information, whether that be login details, bank values, usernames or any other information to anyone without prior permission being given.

As for your report, I am very sorry you've lost the items from your account, that's very unfortunate. The only fault from me, was being so trusting of you. You claim to have had your account stolen and turned into a corrupted gauntlet bot, with all of it's wealth being stolen.

However, I don't see anything relating to your accounts bank value in this report? I don't see where the valuation of 1.8b comes from. I don't see any proof of black mark and you haven't included any information about the service, except for the screenshot of money you sent to a bitcoin wallet.

You have taken more than 7 months to create a report on Sythe after repeatedly ghosting me since you first accussed me in December of 2023. I don't see why you would take so long to make a report, if it were true.

 

- When did this service take place? The services first started in the beginning of 2021 and concluded in November 2023. Gabo was the only only one who had constant access to my accounts during this time period.
- Was there any TOS agreed to? If so please post the TOS & the agreement of such. NO TOS was agreed to i consistently ONLY used gabo's service for two years
- Did you change your password after the service was conducted? The password was changed but once again gabo was the only person that had access to my PIN on OSRS

 

Every time i have contacted you, i was called crazy and "to take my head and remember well" Looking back at our discord messages i also found a time where items were missing and you told me that i must have misplaced the items or died with them. The valuation of 1.8b comes all the items that were stolen from my account. I am uploading the offence that the runescape team did and i will also upload a couple more pictures.

 

There is no way he can prove all the owners Gave permission especially if he is editing out lots of pictures.. in the original discord thread after you posted your response..

Sure, I'll give context and supply you with as much evidence as possible... You must understand, this was a very long time ago lol

 

Gabo sold Koda an account he was not the OO of. He purchased the account from someone he considered to be a friend and then Gabo sold it to Koda. At a later date, Koda messaged Gabo informing him the account has been recovered and he was no longer able to access it. Gabo thought Koda was trying to take him for a fool and get Gabo to give him gold or money in place of the account plus GP that was "stolen"

At this point in time, Gabo thought Koda was scamming and not being truthful with this claim, until Gabo sent a recovery request of his own and was able to get the account back, but the wealth had been sold on it. He became suspicious of not only Koda, but also his friend, which lead to Gabo reaching out to the friend he purchased the account from. After some back and forth, the friend blocked Gabo on all forms of communication. (Since then Gabo can no longer find the messages with the friend)

Gabo then came to the realisation that he was completely wrong about this situation and was very apologetic towards Koda, who he then issued a full refund of the accounts value plus the lost wealth that was on the account.

 

Just a note to add, Koda to this day, purchases services off of Gabo.
Shawn has taken something completely out of context, taking advantage of Gabo's kindness, slandering Gabo and his business. False reporting, then sending anything to try and bring us down, just as petty revenge for something that is no fault of ours.
