Reporting PlayerAuctions for "Insurance" scam

Hi

I'm here to report @PlayerAuctions for selling FAKE insurance, by fake I mean they sold it to me with the promise that in the case that my account was recovered either playerauctions would help me recover it OR I would receive the coverage amount, I received neither.

Let me explain, 2 weeks ago (19th March) I purchased a maxed voider for £92/$120 from a seller called staleworth and I paid for insurance, everything was fine until a few days ago (31st March) I tried to login and got the error "Account locked as we suspect it has been stolen.", I opened a dispute and provided a screenshot of the error message (there is literally nothing else I can use for evidence so I don't know what else they expect).

This is the 2nd thing which makes PlayerAuctions seem EXTREMELY dodgy, the seller only had to send one message WITHOUT evidence to decide in his favor, this is what he wrote:
"I did not recover the account, his evidence is not for my account, you can clearly type it in login section and fake it, he is attempting to get his money back and keep the account! Also when i was selling it to him, he kept messaging me saying he didnt like the account, he is trying to stage me and wants a refund."

AND THAT WAS IT, that's all PlayerAuctions needed to come to their "verdict", I was actually expecting PA to respond to the dispute and say why/how they came to their decision or what evidence I need to provide if not sufficient, but no, NOTHING!

You are doing this to people DAILY, I mean HOURLY.

I hope you die a very horrible and painful death.

 

Any playerauctions issues need to be posted in this thread: Playerauctions Issues Resolution Thread An agent from PA will help you with your situation after you've done that.

I'd also recommend to keep the death wishes to an absolute minimum if possible
