Reporting Abra work not completed within timeframe.

Explanation of the trade: I needed 50 thieving and rouge outfit done quickly within a time frame 5-6 hours max.
How they scammed: Service was not completed within agreed upon timeframe

In his TOS he states he does estimates which is not the case, we had an agreement for 5-6 HOURS MAX.

The service was done, but wasnt done on time. Im not requesting a full refund, but a partial refund of 50% due to the service being completed in double the time.

because he checked accounts stats via site (which isn't real life time updating)

All he had to do was login after 5-6 hours, sure my ToS may say that you cant login when work is being done.
but if i give a timeframe of 6 hours, it means after the 6 the work is done, so he could easily have checked.

But then again, it got finished in the timeframe given ( i was asleep so i couldn't tell him it was done)

I woke up to 100 discords tags where he was forcing me to either refund, or he was going to make a report up.


Also, the price was never a premium price, its the normal price for our services, he didnt tell me it was a ironman account from start finish, we still kept the price same ( even tho thre is no stamina potions)

Now he wants me to refund him for not making the timeframe, when
1. The timeframe was made
2. Timeframes are estimates
3. He never checked the account himself, he only did via OSRS site, which is slower.



The service was completed in full and on a timely manner too, knowing theres no stamina potions for rogues set...

Upon login the last login time was not within time frame, as I sent a photo of last login in the ticket; I cant view it since you banned me from your discord. Sorry when you agree to a 5-6 hours max, thats not an estimate. - Screenshot

Lets see what the mods have to say.

 

If @ABRA wants to give you a partial refund he can, but the work got done and there was no ToS about what would happen if @ABRA was slow.

@Aarond This should be posted on his service thread or (ideally) his vouch thread as valid negative feedback if you feel like you were treated poorly as a customer.
