Refoun to jjkennell for $1300

Hi all
So I am making this request here since my original user is banned
I just refounded @jjkennell the $1300 via LTC From the maxed account that I had sold him

In the end neither he nor I were able to recover the account so I am assuming my responsibility to reimburse him for it.

Please @Techie or some other mod, can you guys evaluate/lift my ban, since I have paid and still keep my business clean/intact
