Ratalist scam

Hello, I've recently purchased a service from ratalist.

User- Ratalist
His thread - (BY HAND) Ratalists NMZ & Powerlevelling service thread

And mine showing that he will be "completing" for me- 32-48 agility & 46-60 mining

The service was 46-60 mining and 32-48 agility.
Was told he would have it done in under 12 hours.

He got the 60 mining and now i havent been able to contact him for over a day on skype despite him logging into sythe and posting on forums.

paid 8m for the service so im not worried about the money but their's got to be some consequences for doing this.

If theirs anything lse i need to add let me know please.

 

if i ban him he won't do your order - is there any update on this?

 

No word from him via skype or pm.

 

Was told he had a fam emergency, waiting for part refund now. I'll keep updated.

 

Sorry I updated my thread the following day after accepting this order and completing his mining while I was on my break then had personal issues were I had to rush a family member to hospital and sadly didn't have time to respond or even change my Skype before leaving.

Offered a partial refund and a sincere apologia for the inconvenience and incomplete service which has been accepted and I am just waiting on him to collect so hopefully this can be closed soon
