A level has no chance of surviving Icthlarin's Little Helper (you have to kill a 90+ boss) and shouldn't do Demon Slayer (you gain xp in combat skills).

As for Icthlarin's Little Helper it is possible, i had a level 3 skiller a while back and i completed most of the quest up there, it got banned when i had 3 left

Shilo Village... now that is a fun quest to do on a skiller. =P

 

In lost city you gotta kill a tree sprit which i believe is lvl 70+ -.- Gl trying to do that at lvl 3 without a cannon or sumtin...

You cant do lost city on a lvl 3... its nearly immpossable unless you use reciol rings but even then it could easily hit a 10 on u

 

It doesnt matter, its the fact that a level three would possibly be able to do it, and they have all the requirements, not whether they actually can finish it

You can beat the tree spirit with a skiller. All you have to do is get a friend to lower its hp to around like 1 or 2 and have the skiller finish it off. Thats what I did with mine.
