If you want a pretty account, than a 60 year old Venezuelan lady is your best bet

Alternatively, have a look at "skillbox" it's a QOL client with a lot of great upgrades, it's not a full bot though

 

ghost mouse is good for certain skills and you can create a long enough loop. 15+ min loops
