Explanation of the trade: Paid 1.4b for 2075 total rs main back in december 2019

How they scammed: everything was fine until about a month ago it got recovered. RSAccountFarms claimed to be original owner so he either lied about that or recovered it himself. I didn't get to make post until now because i've been inactive on OSRS due to irl

I would prefer money or gp refund instead of the account as I invested a lot of time and money into it already and the fear that it will be recovered again is too real.

 

That is some hard claims without any evidence.
I'm not going to accuse you made this report because you were bored of this account, lost too much staking, got it banned etc.
Because the accusations against you would hold no water.
You weren't interested in getting your account back, although I reached to you as soon as you contacted me. I tried helping you out even though the account was sold in last years December! You agreed to my TOS in thread, which at the time meant 6 month warranty. You were only quick to respond that you want reimbursement immediately. You weren't interested in any details or discussion on how we would resolve this, or what actually happened, but just force a quick refund? Literally after 10 minutes you contacted me, you said refund,when I didn't give you a clearcut answer, I needed to actually check what's going on first, you posted a report. Seconds after.
Also why were you posting account details on public?

 

I'm not here to waste my time. You claimed you were the original owner and I'm cutting out the bullshit. Either you recovered the account or it wasn't yours to begin with. I don't care for reimbursement as much at this point. I'm trying to protect the community before you get the chance the recover/sell other accounts and more people fall victim to your fish hook on accounts. I know on my side there was no BS where I tried selling the account or shared it or anything. For it to be recovered can only be done so by OO, which means I was scammed. Not here to play stupid games.

You are now suggesting defamatory claims such as: I am "recovering" accounts in order to "resell" them. Do you have any proof for that? Wouldn't you think I'd be banned by now If I ever did that? Could you please atleast drop the accusations?

Hypothetically speaking, If I agreed to refund you on the very second you contacted me ----you wouldn't even been bothered to make this report in the first place. Thats kind of hypocritical considering what you just said.

Why are you desperately trying to make this narrative convinient for yourself, you didn't even care about the account, you just wanted a refund.

 

The quote you're using came before, so when I said "at this point..." I'm saying I don't care as much about the refund as I do the fact that an account I bought from someone as well reputed as you got recovered. I'm no imbecile. I'm a software engineer, I know how any part of my computer being compromised wouldn't lead to the account being recovered. I'm not trying to put words in your mouth but I'm stating that for the sake that the only reasonable scenario that happened here is you recovered the account. Or you weren't the OO to begin with.
