    I think it's only fair, obviously postcount disabled and post that say "Unban him, he is my friend, he deserves another chance" would not be allowed.

    I actually think this would be an OK Idea.

    However, it should still be limited, I can imagine Sin666 Not wanting too answer a thread, and having too scroll down past 20 Unneeded Posts.

    I think there should be a postcount rule enabled. Like "you must have more than X posts to reply". Just so the leechers/members don't post useless shit.

    You aren't in the position to judge, do you really think having 100 users posting on a dispute, most of them being leachers and not knowing the mechanics of the website, would change anything for the better?

    That wouldn't help. Truth is, even sectionals play a small part in disputes. Therefore, non-staff members voting and giving reason wouldn't change anything at all.

    Sectional clean their section, globals+ give out the bans, which is why answer disputes.

    Normal members rarely even know why the user was banned in the first place. Neither do we care how well liked someone is, which - rule or not - is pretty much all opening the thread to replies would indicate.
