    NMZ prayer potions vs absorbs

I currently have workers on 6-8 accounts in NMZ at once, while doing some farming on a main screen. While this setup has been very succesfull, I am starting to think productivity can be increased at a noticeable rate having 6-8 accounts just using prayer potions, rather than rock cake/absorbs.

With the rock cake and absorbs, it both takes much longer to setup, as well as more work to keep the health down.

With the prayer potions, I see a large benefit in having up to 5-6 minute afks with about 10 seconds of action needed on every account in between.

If anyone here is experienced in these two methods, do the points gained from nmz (worth about .5gp each) end up breaking right around even on the cost of instances and inventories of prayer potions?

I am going to run some tests, but with stats around 80/80/80, or any variable around there, what kind of exp/hour rates should be expected with the whip setup or bludgeon setup.

I am highly considering switching all policies to this method, and even giving up some of the bonus gear and using prayer bonus top/bottoms, as well as a ring of the gods for prayer bonus.

While the exp/hour might suffer a little, the productivity that will increase on main screen is more valuable, as well as the ease it will have on workers vs having to setup and maintain rock cakes.

Any input from experienced NMZers is welcomed, and very appreciated.

prayer potions will without a doubt give more flex to your workers due to longer afk time + easier and way faster to setup. also the gear can be more on budget compared to max str/dharoks.

i dont think you will profit when doing the prayer methode, it depends on the price of ppots + the stuff you buy from the NMZ chest, but i dont think you would lose much more doing this.

Thanks for the input. If i was to give up some attack bonus gear and replace with prayer bonus for longer afk, with bludgeon or whip am i looking at about 70k/hour at 80s plus stats ? That’s what i’m thinking just need to verify

I always use the Melee Prayer method. It allows me to AFK more freely and not worry.
