Does getting 31pray affect the price significantly?

 

1-31 pray is exactly the same price
For HP your account qualifies for the lowest price possible
Def doesnt make any difference
The only remaining stat is ranged, but if you plan staying obby that'd ruin the build for just few bucks as price difference between 70 and 61 ranged is really small
