They are security measures to help prevent tampering and/or misplacement of the device such as swapping monitors with another person who is on house arrest.

 

I scanned the code using a .apk on my android I didn't find anything. It has inferred on there too do you think it would be possible to tamper with it using a scanner. Not that I want to.

 

You won't be able to find any result using a normal scanner or phone app as it is a special code. There is actually both an infrared transmitter and an infrared receiver within the device located on opposite sides of the IR port. These are used to track and send information about where you go and what you're doing back to a data command terminal.

In short, the only way to successfully remove such a device would be if you had the proper knowledge and tools to do so, which you shouldn't do either way because you are being given a chance to stay out of jail if you stay on house arrest for a certain amount of time, don't screw it up.

from the time duration "jail till 24 oct" its looks like its either drugs abusing, or some minor offense .

Jagex reported me to the Police because suspicious activity had come from my account & IP Such as someone saying there going to kill people in a school ( shoot them ) also they said I wanted to join Islamic state and I was going to stab cops when they come to my door.

It's a load of lies I'm a victim here clearly it was a virus / rat and someone trying to prank.. It went way over the top.

I'd happily let you log into my runescape account that's now perm banned to view the reports .

& I'm unstable I have Bipolar and I guess I don't have a clean record due to mental health issues I'm classed as a threat to my self and the public.

They're making me out to be a monster, I don't agree with 'I'm a threat to the public' I've been sectioned numerous of times due to me OD, slicing my arms / wrists I'm a threat to my self that's it not other people. I'm not a kid btw well I'm 23 I don't feel it though.. I recently was in the paper due to climbing the Welsh assembly building 300ft sat up there for about 3 hours. . I have personal issues going on.. manic bipolar I lose it to easy. I've been tazered, restrained put on suicide watch etc. . Nothing to brag about. I'm trying my hardest to stay cool as I have 3 children I adore and I want to be a role model to them not a let down.

 

A MAN was sectioned after a specialist police negotiator and mental health professionals helped safely bring him down after he spent two and a half hours on the roof of the county council headquarters in Aberystwyth.

Police were called to the Ceredigion County Council building, Canolfan Rheidol on Boulevard St Brieuc at around 9.30pm on Saturday, 4 July, where they discovered a 22-year-old man who had scaled the roof and was refusing to come down.

After assessing the situation, police decided they required the assistance of a specialist police negotiator, the fire service and the mental health crisis team.

Following the incident, the man was detained under the Mental Health Act but was released the following day after assessment by a mental health professional.

A county council spokesperson said: “An incident involving an unauthorised person being on the roof of Can-olfan Rheidol took place on Saturday evening, 4 July.

“The police and fire brigade were in attendance and the person was eventually lowered down safely from the building roof by the fire brigade.

“No one was hurt or injured during the incident, and the person was taken away for questioning by the police.”

3 I realise at this present time I'm not being a role model, I moved out into a hostel while I try to recover and my bail date.

 

So to clarify, you're on a terrorist watch list over something you said on Runescape among other things, but what you said on Runescape was the final straw to have you be put on 24/7 surveillance, or were you already on house arrest before the threats? Have you visited ISIS affiliated websites? Have you made these kinds of threats before? Do you have a history of violent behavior towards others in the past, or strictly only harming yourself? Also i'm assuming something happened to your goldfish which would explain why you have a guide relating to fish diseases. Did you possibly do something to your gold fish and have bought a book about possible reasons as to why your fish died in order to premeditate your response when asked about what happened to the fish?

Just trying to get an idea of how serious your situation is, might as well be honest man no one here is going to judge you.
