Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: I sold a max jagex launcher account to @jjkennell and there was a loss of the original account details and I couldn't help recover it when he needed it, I also intentionally broke the rules by the 1 thread per market section limit

I want to apologize as sincerely as possible for not having been able to help the client with the recovery of the account and that my attitude at that time was not the most professional to handle that error, I also want to apologize for having broken the rules of this site, but I have already learned to improve a situation like that, I have already read and learned about the rules and improve from this error.
I promise to work on my business in the most professional and responsible way possible under the rules of this site of course

These have been very difficult months for me considering that I am a Venezuelan who literally depends on this market to survive

I have been disabled from the market for around 7 months, after my ban my funds were not the same and clearly affecting my economy, leading me to some debts which is frustrating for me.
I still maintain orders that fortunately, clients trust me and my work
If any mod wants to see logs/tickets I can give them authority to check it or even in the same feedback channel on my server show some vouchers that I have been receiving after my ban

I hope you guys can pardon me for the mistakes I have made and I promise not to make these mistakes again in the future as this was a great lesson
