[Impostor scammed]

I just got scammed by : Tallink Vouches

Explanation of the trade: We traded an ironman account for osrsgp, his account for my 200m, all went smooth then he pmed me if u want to trade back pm me.. (I got scared cuz why would he say that, obviously he was gunna recover it so I said yes) then I gave him all the details. He changed everything and blocked me.
Amount scammed:194m
How they scammed: I trusted him like an idiot.
Proof that it's their Discord or Skype: Imgur Also : ⭐ LrugDord's MiddleMan Service ⭐ 3-5% Fee ⭐ $500 Donor/2200+ Vouches ⭐ can vouch, he was the middleman the first time we traded.

How they scammed: I trusted him like an idiot and just gave the account back hoping he would give me the money after.

 

Sorry for making so many replies but I just found this : Imgur the email I changed the account to after I got it from him, he tried changing it on this location(check imgur)

There isn't a post from either you or @Tallink on LrugDord's MM thread. Where did you add Zuniga#6085 Discord from? Was it on his threads, via PMs?

 

I put my discord in my thread where I said that I buy an account, he added me saying : Imgur but LrugDord pmed us both with pm's from our discord chat : Imgur @Gladiator

 

@DamianL that still doesn't give me his Discord. Also Lrug mentions in his PM that he'll require both of you to post on the thread



Neither of you did, meaning he didn't MM any trades between you guys. So far to me it seems a random person added you claiming to be @Tallink, linked you his vouch page and you went along with the trade.

 

@DamianL sent me the IP of the compromised gmail used and it isn't a match with @Tallink. I've also checked @Tallink's threads and PMs and they all come back with one Discord, which is:

There's been numerous impostor scams from this same person so I've gone ahead and added messages on @Tallink's profile: Tallink & vouch page:
Tallink Vouches to hopefully protect any future victims falling for the same impostor scam.

Sorry for your loss, it seems you were impostor scammed. Please go through the following to ensure it doesn't happen again:

1.) ALWAYS request a sythe PM before every trade to make sure you're talking to the correct person
2.) Discord Impostors almost always have nitro, which allows them to change their Discord Discrims (#) to copy those of legitimate users
3.) You did not check to verify the Discord UID of the person you were trading. It's very easy to check this yourself, simply turn on developer mode, right click and copy ID. Explained in this guide here: Discord PM Template
