Explanation of the trade: hey ladies and gentleman, so first off i sold my 07 bank decided to sell it all off for btc and quit on my main for the upcoming group ironman (which i am still playing right now and it helps me a lot to forget everything).I looked around Sythe for a highly trustworthy and professional person to sell my btc via cash by mail and I found Chicks offering this service after intense research I figured out Chicks is the most seemingly legit person who offers that service. Which you could also see with his long vouch lists.

I opened a ticket to sell btc for euros and a few hours later Chicks worker called "Sally" contacted me on Discord. Proof that it's her discord "Screenshot" we discussed the details of this trade "Screenshot". Here is me asking if the package is insured "Screenshot". In 7 years of sending/ receiving cash by mail, we haven't had any issues which basically is her indirectly insuring me that surely I'm not that unlucky. I sent Sally the btc if you want to verify it yourself here is the address she provided: bc1qpnntgclxvkfj0e940dpuz4scrnenunmxrawky5. I have sent her the remaining amount, because btc price changed including $40 shipping fee.


She sent two parcels on September 13th "Screenshot". Here is me asking what information she provided for parcels after 7 days in transit.
Please note that I am indeed not an impatient dummy that constantly bugs, customer service since I worked as one myself, I am well aware they are busy and of the difference in time zone. I always waited 30 minutes when she was online before messaging her again and waited 30 minutes to hours for a reply "Screenshot".

Updating her of the current status of the packages since I slowly started to worry that something may have gone wrong Screenshot

Current status: neither of the packages have arrived and it's been over a month.

I am depressed about this situation and I thought it's something usual for Chicks to handle these amounts of money, because of all the trades he already had in this case and I didn't think this is going to end up being literally a scam.
