lowest level at dragon slayer?

What was the lowest level you beat dragon slayer at, so you could use the rune plate?

 

Level 15, ranged him, used saphire bolts (e) got nothing out of him. Havent logged on account since

 

Nice, I have a level 9 with 20 defense and i was wondering what i should raise to beat dragon slayer.

 

just poison it with iron dagger (p++) if you are 1 att and 1 str

 

I did one at level 21. The lowest ever is 3, I saw on YouTube.

No it isn't. There is a safespot where you can hide and run out and hit him with a poisoned weapon. It's actually not that hard, look at it on youtube.

 

I have never beaten Dragon Slayer. I have a level 127 main, but I didn't do Dragon Slayer on him. I don't really think that I ever plan to do it either, I hate f2p quests.

On topic: I'm fairly certain I have seen people as low as level 10 beat Dragon Slayer.
