Over my years of runescape experience I have created alot of level 3 skillers.
In which I have done quests hard to do on.
Some quests are easy as pie.
Some are so hard they make you want to kick a small puppy.
Some take long.
Some take short.
But of All I have found the hardest, meanest, Toughest, Level 3 quest possible.

* Mouse toy (functions as a fun weapon at the duel arena)
* You can talk to Historian Minas in the Varrock Museum to receive 5 kudos.
