Knight/Galactic Gold/JuicedUp still scamming

Wanted to preface this by saying I don't really care about this, it was 10m and if he needed it that badly fair enough. Just noticed his ban on his main Sythe account was done and he only had a DnT, so had to hit the rat with another ban if I could manage it.
A week or so ago I was asking around for people to build some accounts with mid level Range and Mage for me, someone under the name Knight messaged me and we sorted out a deal, I'd pay 11m per account and he would get them to 70 range and 55 mage. I supplied him with the accounts and he got to work. He sent an update a bit later saying he got 40 range on them. A few days passed with no updates and I got suspicious so I checked the accounts, both were banned. I then asked for a progress update a day later and he said the accounts were still progressing and had hit 60 range and 40 mage, but both accounts were banned. I've confronted him about it now and he hasn't responded and has banned me from his Discord.

I had already seen the accounts were banned prior to that message on November 16, just wanted to see how he would react to me asking if I could hop onto the account.

His UID and the general layout of his Discord bio are the exact same as the previously banned accounts. I have a recording of me trying to log into the accounts on November 12 where the accounts are shown to be banned. I can also provide admins with the details of the banned accounts so they can see they're banned, and screenshots that show they're the accounts I gave to him on Discord.
