I am selling a RS3 Main account had a conversation with him about it. I let him log into the account and check it out, he had certain requirements. Some of the requirements were met and we agreed upon a deal of $110. He found out his card was blocked so we continued tomorrow (today). I am still waiting for him to reply, I've seen him online on forums and I've sent him a pm on forums as well, no response.
