Explanation of the trade: Purchased a league of legends account with 30 day warranty, was banned after 5.
How they scammed: He says he has a 30 day refund/replace guarantee, my account was banned after just a few days and he ignored me on his live chat until today where he said I wasn't liable because 1 month had passed, on the match history of the account you can see that the account was banned over 1 month ago - the account is also still in his email so he can check the ban date.

The member didnt contact me somehow, and he said he tried contacting me for 3 weeks? He hasnt contacted me in livechat/sythe or in skype. He said he was contacting me within 3 weeks and but didnt do anything in either of them? doesnt make sense.. the account is not within the 30 days ( warranty ) and he wants a replacement now after the warranty is over? He is lying about that he contacted me.

I've been trying to contact him on his livechat for WEEKS - he ignored me and didn't answer them once -

you can clearly see from the match history that the account was banned last month and you only decided to reply now.

 

You have no proof of anything? + if someone was you he / she would try to contact on sythe / skype.
There is no need to lie about it.

 

Oh yeah, I like playing on my accounts daily, they get banned then I don't say anything for 6 weeks lmfao.

I didn't make a hueg deal out of it because it's what like $15? But the fact you decided to ignore me for weeks and then only respond shortly after my warranty ran out is a complete joke dude .

 

Waiting staff reply. Please look into this case, as this person is trying to scam somehow.

yeah I'm trying to scam somehow with you avoiding any response until my warranty was up, yet I'm scamming - nice one.

 

Can you show proof of you contacting them via live chat before the 30 day warranty expired? @LittleLocoLittleWaky

 

For transparency, you should also have the OP post why the account was banned, @Mootrucks

 

@SellerMan The account is still in the email he used to "legitly train the account" so he can check himself - I don't have access to the registered email on the account.

@Mootrucks I can't exactly jump in a time machine on my browser, his livechat would constantly ignore me that's all I can say like..

 

So you don't have any proof of you being ignored? If I was being ignored and there was a 30 day warranty I know i'd get proof of me being ignored and most others would as well.

@iSaeed can you provide the reason the account got banned

 

The account got banned due to the use of bots / botting. as I can see here, the ban code is 2203. However, the account is not under warranty anymore, and as the thread says, I provide a replacement / money back if the account got banned within 30 days.
Maybe he tried to bot on the account or something? I dont know, but I have been selling for a while, and I dont seem to have any problems with anyone. Thanks for your time into our case.

Sorry, just an edit. The account was banned for scripting ( known as cheating ) I will send you the screenshot + It wasnt banned for botting. just a correction.

 

Please ban this kid for trying to ruin my name in the forums, and trying to scam me for a refund. I dont work for free, neither get my time to waste it on useless person like him.

 

Closing this, seems the account was banned for scripting and either way it's been past 30 days so the warranty is completely out of the question.
