iron/steel knives or addy arrows for range?

so the title says it all. i need to get 40-90 range on my staker to get hp up, it has 15pray (needed for ava), so cant use protect prayers to chin. so what would be better xp/hr and what would be cheaper? thnx

 

I'm almost sure that iron knives would be faster than addy arrows, but might be a little more costly

Best option is iron knives as steel knives don't make much of a difference and cost more. Addy arrows is just too expensive, best is iron knives.

 

get 55 slayer and train with rune c'bow and broad bolts, they're the same as addy bolts and only cost like 65gp each.

or train with addy/rune arrows if you can find something to kill with drops to cover supply cost.

or if you wanna cheap out and kill something with no loots, use iron knives.

 

Iron knives + a cannon, this is how I've trained range in the past until chinning becomes cost effective (80+ range).

 

Iron knives, cannon isn't a good idea if you're gonna be a staker.

 

I'd say iron knives. I've got a 15 prayer pure and it's decent XP to train with them.

My only problem now is finding somewhere that's more XP efficient. I'm at rock crabs at the moment and I want faster XP than 30k/h.
