Explanation of the trade: Did not finish the order what I paid for. (did not even start most of them)

How they scammed: I've been using him for a long time as service provider on my account, but I dont know what happened to him in october/november. He logged in like once a week and got barely nothing done, lost my rune pouch (told me he will get it back tho), untill 20th november I decided to change my password and hire another worker to get some stuff properly done on the account. I was waiting for him to message me about the invalid password but he never did. I have now sent him an message and asked him that what are we gonna do about the remaining services but has not answered me.

Every other task than air orbs has not been started, air orbs were around 2,5k/20k done at the point I changed the password.

I have since that got most of the stuff done on the list myself that was supposed to get done by him long time ago. So the services that I ordered from him, are not needed anymore. I demand an refund if he ever wants to settle this up as he did not even start 95% of the tasks.
