Invalid credentials (somebody can help me? ill pay)

I need help, I was out for a while due to covid (I was hospitalized in quarantine and then in recovery), I had not played osrs since 10-2021 a couple of days ago I tried to log into my account and I get a message, invalid credentials, I don't know What's wrong, I had only one password since I created that account, I've never changed it... I also tried to send a password request and I never got the link to my email. some help? I will provide the email with which to start the session, the password and data that is needed to whoever wants to help me.

 

Double check your email including spam folders.

If this still doesn't work then submit an account recovery appeal so when it ask you to check your email click on the "contact jagex support" link at the bottom

It will redirect you to another page where you have to fill out all the account details and necessary information to get your account back.
