I purchased an account off of CrazyPipe's website Feb 2018. Everything was well until I got wrongfully banned, which I appealed, and won. After the appeal, the account was instanty locked. It's been over a year now of messaging CrazyPipe and his live chat etc. to get it unlocked.

One of the last chats I was told that they disregarded my emails because they thought I was reselling the account, which is untrue, it has been locked since June/July.

My bank without me knowing charge backed these payments because they thought it was unauthorised and unusual. I was quite sick at the time but I sent an email to my bank that it was in fact me, and could you please reverse it. I believe on the other end CrazyPipe was also corresponding with PayPal to prove it was a legitimate purchase.

CrazyPipe received all of the money I paid. No chargebacks were confirmed.

Please could I get some mods support for CrazyPipe to help me unlock the account.

@crazypipe you can't just presume your customer is reselling their account, and given how long he has waited for you to help it's clear that's not the case. Please assist him with the unlock

 

@video I think his stance is more on the fact that the PayPal transaction was chargebacked, which truly was from my bank flagging it for suspicious and unusual activity (I was just coming back into the game at this stage, so an overseas transaction must of flagged something). Anyway basically around the same time I got extremely sick (mental health issues), I got CrazyPipe's messages and emailed the bank to say that it was in fact me, and to reverse the chargeback. I believe CrazyPipe also at the same time was providing proof to PayPal that it was a legitimate purchase.

CrazyPipe got all of his money back, however he has called me a scammer on many occasions since, and refuses to deal with me, even though it wasn't my fault and I tried to help; overall he got my money back so he was and is at no loss.

But yes, I was also told by his worker something along the lines of "I'm the guy that comes back every 2-3 months asking for an unlock. We assume you are reselling the account and will not assist".

 

It's more understandable if the chargeback had something to do with it but to tell you every 2-3 months that you're surely reselling the account when it has been locked the entire time is absurd.

Can you also provide the email conversation with your bank?

 

Trying to remember everything about this case, we sold over 1500 accounts so far and we have atleast 2-3 people like this per week, give me a moment, sorry

 

We will help you resolve this, there are just a few issues i have. For example, why didn't you close the paypal chargeback but you waited it out?
I saw that you had an excuse with depression, but if that's true, why would you mention depression regarding the situation with the bank. You are basicly admitting to charging it back yourself, by invalidating your acts during that period. Depression is a serious issue

The fuuniest part is you actually chargebacked a huge amount of payments for gold aswell, care to explain that?

 

So on file, you chargebacked 4-5 payments, care to explain that? Without using depression, because it's a serious illness that shouldn't be an excuse for scamming

 

when i almost want to believe you you say here that you have been wrongfully banned and in the email you admit to botting lol. The proof has sensitive information, i will screenshot it and send to video

 

But yeah, if video wants me to fix it, i will, but your trying to invalidate any actions around your condition but also confirming those actions as authorised by yourself, not to mention having a different version in each email ( sent 1 email example to video, he can compare it to what he says here, i have 3 other emails with kind of different stories )

 

ok so while sending proof to @video i think i know what you did:

1. So you bought an account 15-16months ago
2. You botted on it(and addmitted it via email, lied about it here(that it was wrong), got banned
3. You chargebacked a powerleveling order, gold order, account, 5ish payments or so, sent them to @video, probably nearing 1k, not sure, acc alone was over 400$
4. Then You lost those and was like o well, atleast i tried to scam (the consequences of which you are trying to avoid right now)
5. You saw a twitter post that you can get unbanned (you admitted that via email)
6. gave it a try, tried to email me, felt bad when i told you you were a scammer (sorry if trying to scam 4-5 payments is not a scam anymore, i would probably trust you with a bag of chips)
7. So now when you saw you can't really get away from the chargebacks you tried to do both approaches at the same time - blaming it on depression (which if that was the only case i will 100% forgive you) but your trying to invalidate any actions around your condition but also confirming those actions as authorised by yourself

Also if the chargebacks were sent by the bank and not authorised by you ( that won't happen, worst case is they called you, they asked if they were unauthorised and you said yes they were ) but best case scenario is you just gave them a call

8. So your last try is here, playing a victim of a website that sold you an account, which you were so good to, that you chargebacked a good chunk of money from, and now that bad website won't help you with unlocking the account you chargebacked and got banned with. I mean, playing the victim card for depression was good though, don't know about the rest. Atleast because of that i am willing to help you if @video tells me to.

I am aware depression is a serious issue, I’ve had it bad for years but around the same time the chargebacks occurred I was not in a good state, getting out of bed was almost impossible so replying to emails etc. wasn’t exactly at the top of my agenda.

I didn’t scam. I didn’t attempt to scam. I have told you all I know, the bank flagged them and put them on hold.

I did bot on the account. I’m sorry, I should have worded it correctly in the OP. We are, however, on a RuneScape Cheating site. I botted on the account, it got banned, I later found a Twitter post and tried my luck... it worked, however is now locked.

I’m not 100% sure what you’re getting at but I’ll try to respond anyway. Around that time a lot was going on in my life, in a perfect world I should have gotten to my emails, replied, made things right. However, as stated above, I could barely manage to get out of bed, and even though sorting out issues like this with the bank should have been priority, it wasn’t.

Genuinely this timeline of events is incorrect. I have told you my side of the story so I won’t repeat myself.

I would never throw out a serious condition as an excuse. I do have depression (and anxiety), and around that time, as stated, it was severely life restricting.

Basically, all of this could have been handled better at the time by me (if I had the energy to check my phone, emails etc.). Eventually I got it sorted, and you have all your money.

Please, could you unlock the account which I paid for, and you have the money from.

 

The bank did not open 5 separate chargebacks for payments you had made months earlier, you also reported this 8 months ago and were denied, please do not make new reports on this
