IGVault is scam / fraud site.

Hello, I ordered some days ago RSGP from IGVault, but I have not received it, because they always say, stock empty, system error, and so on. Atleast once everyday I have visited live chat, and wanted to get response when I get my rsgp. Some of them said there is no stock, and other responsed system error. Always the different problem.
I've googled this site recently and I saw that there is fraud report already done. I made report thread here because, I saw that they own a post on this site aswell.

As you know we are not a scammer site, so I would like to figure out what the problem is, but this sir doesn't respond to me...
So I post my explanation here: sometimes we really need time to refresh the stock, if that keeps you waiting too long, you could choose either a bonus as compensation, either a refund.
If you want a refund, the livechat need to transfer your order to the man in charge, that's why she said she"doesn't have the right".
