How to train range on a 1 Pray and 1 Def pure

Cannoning, you might be able to blowpipe nmz after with rock cake with absorps and overload stay 1hp with the rockcake

 

Definitely use a cannon in spots where you can hide from NPCs to avoid damage. I saw a really nice spot east of varrock, near mortyania

 

I'd suggest cannoing too, it wont get hp exp so you stay low lvl

 

Only options are Cannoning or doing the Ranging Guild minigame once you hit 40 range, but most people generally just stick with cannoning due to how afk it is (Also, depending on how safe you feel using an autoclicker, you could turn on an autoclicker for every 15-30 seconds and place it on your cannon to essentially go until you run out of cannonballs).

Edit: You could also do PC after 40 combat. Additionally, you can use the xp from Shadow of the Storm (which you'll need to eventually do anyways for mith gloves) to jump from 1-30 Ranged. Organized Crime can also be a great way of training while getting minimal-no hp xp depending on how you do it.

 

Just use bone bolts at sand crabs. Have done 5 accounts to 99 range with 1 pray and def

 

Sand crabs are your best bet.

You can do rats in rimmington behind the fence, or NMZ using absorption potions
